Qazedc have right to accept or refuse requested commission.

If there is any question regarding Terms and Condition feel free to ask it first.

Claiming Qazedc's works as your own are prohibited.

You can credit me using Qazedc or qazedc36, other option could be using Twitter/X link (https://twitter.com/qazedc36).

If the client don't want to include me in the credit please inform it to me beforehand.

I can put the finished work in part of my portofolio.

Finished works will be put into a Public YouTube Playlist as a portofolio.

Please make sure you have the permission for all of the assets that will be use for the video.

Any Copyright issue caused by the assets that given by client is outside my responsibility.

Disclaimer : This commission only include Mixing and not include Tuning.

Send the recoded audio file in .WAV format (preferably on 44100 khz or higher).

Any additional audio files (instrumental, sound effect, etc.), you can send it in .mp3 or .WAV format.

Make sure to record it as clean as possible.

If there is any overlapping part please separate it to a new file.

Please put a clear indication on the name (example : qazmain1, qazmain2, qazharmo1, qazaudience1, dsb.).

Put all of the recorded file in a .zip/.rar including instrunent, BGM, and guide (if there is one).

A deposit of 30% of the total price (excluding fine) will be charged after the first draft already sent.

In the event of sudden critical changes (move up the deadline, change in personel number, etc.), an additional fee of +25% of the total price will be charged.

For commercial use, an additional fee of +75% of the total price will be charged.

Final result will be rendered in Full HD (1920x1080 or 1080x1920 for vertical) 29,97 or 30 FPS, please let me know in advance if you want another resolution.

For character illustration please make sure the image is Untuk A5 350dpi or 2500 pixels in height to prevent any blurry or low resolution result.

You can send any unfinished illustration as long as it already base colored and have same size with the finished illustration.

For music videos (MVs), you can send files that have not been mixed or the original song as long as they have the same tempo and timing with the final product.

For advertisements/promotional videos, if you do not have any assets or are lacking assets, you can request for assets (such as stamps/stickers or small effects) to be created, max 3 pcs.

I can help find BGM/SFX for other types of videos besides music videos.

Please feel free to share any ideas, videos, or even suggestions, as I often get stuck in the initial stages of ideation and execution.

I am not very good at choosing words, so please do not hesitate to discuss the commission with me.
